The Ducommun AeroStructures Parsons, Kansas facility was originally established in 1959 as a company named Adventure Line, and this facility has been in continuous operation since. The primary products from this facility have been aircraft sheet metal and machined components for both military and commercial, tooling for aircraft, military support equipment and military weapons.

In 1991 the Parsons facility was transformed into a center of excellence specializing in titanium.

In 1999, Parsons was brought into the Ducommun AeroStructures family.
