The Monrovia, California facility of Ducommun AeroStructures is our center of excellence for composite aerostructures.
This location:
- houses over 300,000 square feet of manufacturing floor space.
- includes 50,000 feet of clean room space.
- contains a total of 7 autoclaves for curing large parts, (up to 12' x 40') supporting the high-volume production of smaller parts.
- incorporates 28 CNC machine tools for aluminum, steel, titanium and honeycomb with bed lengths up to 60 feet.
Ducommun AeroStructures is the only contractor of its size with this volume capacity for the production of composite aerospace parts.
