Carson, CA

Ducommun Technologies is the United States' second largest supplier of electromechanical illuminated push button switches for the aerospace industry, is a major supplier of microwave switches and components used in the aerospace and wireless communications industries, and provides engineering, technical, and program management services principally for the aerospace industry. In 2006, DTI aquired Miltec Corporation, an engineering firm in Huntsville, AL and WiseWave Technologies of Torrance, CA. These companies brought DTI the ability to design, develop, and manufacture state-of-the-art millimeter wave sensor systems.

Phoenix, AZ

Ducommun Technologies in Phoenix performs complex machining, Sheet-metal fabrication, electronic assembly, and test.  In addition to complete manufacturing engineering services, several special processes including structural bonding, chemical conversion, and paint are performed in-house.  The primary customer base is composed of tier 2 military contractors and commercial aerospace manufacturers.  Key platforms include F/A-18, F-15, B2, Global Hawk, Phalanx, RAM, Q-70, 787, plus several others.  In operation since 1949, this 100,000 square foot facility employs over 230 and is certified to ISO/AS9100.

Newbury Park, CA

The Newbury Park facilities manufactures incandescent, electroluminescent, and LED panels and assemblies for the aerospace and defense industry. Product customers include NASA's Lunar landing modules, space shuttle, and space station.  Additionally, we are a supplier to F16, F18, and Mirage fighters, B2 Bombers, C130 Cargo planes, the Apache Helicopter, the Boeing 737 commercial airliner, and Canada Regional Jets.

Thailand

Ducommun Technologies has opened and begun production in a new manufacturing facility in Thailand. Initial production supports DTI’s high performance and high reliability commercial microwave switches to service the growing demands in the U.S. and other international markets. The facility is located in Saraburi, approximately two hours north of Bangkok.
