Ducommun AeroStructures El Mirage facilities is one of two facilities that provide large scale chemical milling services as part of the integrated capabilities of Ducommun AeroStructures.

Gardena, CA
Ducommun AeroStructures Gardena facility boasts the ability to “design to build” large complex structural components and assemblies. Our forming and machining equipment are used primarily on aluminum and titanium alloys, and are among, the largest in the world. The main capabilities in the Gardena facility include stretch forming, thermal forming, chemical milling, NC machining and processing. Complimenting these capabilities, the Gardena facility utilizes advanced ATA manufacturing processes that combine CAD/CAM engineering and numerically controlled 5-axis precision machining centers to produce large, complex aerospace structural sub-assemblies and components.

Monrovia, CA
Ducommun AeroStructures Monrovia facility is the center of excellence for composite aerostructures. This is facility is one of the largest of its kind, and has a unique ability to handle large complex assemblies, while also supporting high volume production needs. The Monrovia Facility houses over 300,000 square feet of manufacturing floor space. This includes 50,000 square feet of clean room space, containing a total of 7 autoclaves for curing low and high volume parts, both small and large (Max. 12' X 40'). The site incorporates 28 CNC machine tools for aluminum, steel, titanium and honeycomb with bed lengths up to 60 feet.

Ducommun AeroStructures Orange facility is one of the world's largest independent chemical milling companies, offering the expertise providing complex "make complete" parts and assemblies for various commercial, military and aerospace industries. The Orange facility has the ability to chemically mill, net trim and final finish a wide range of material families such as; aluminum, titanium and steel.

Parsons, KS
Ducommun AeroStructures Parson facility is a well diversified manufacturing facility specializing in Super Plastic Forming (SPF) and Hot Forming. The facility sits on 22 -acres and contains two buildings with 150,000 square feet of space; 95,000 sq. ft. utilized for manufacturing and the balance reserved for inspection, shipping, storage and administration. Parson's specializes in the fabrication and assembly of; titanium, Inconel, stainless steel, aluminum, and tool steel materials. On-site quality control includes processes for; hardness, thickness, adhesion testing, and magnetic particle inspection.

Coxsackie, NY
Ducommun AeroStructures New York facilities, formerly known as Dynabil, is the newest addition to Ducommun. The core competencies at this location include; titanium and aluminum structural sheet metal assemblies, titanium hot forming, aluminum hydro-form/stretch forming, welded/drop hammer formed steel, as well as, Inconel ducts and exhausts. Ducommun AeroStructures New York has a high level of engineering capability which delivers “Design for Manufacturability” services to the customer base.

Guaymas, Mexico
Ducommun AeroStructures manufacturing facility in Guaymas, Mexico boasts great potential for Ducommun. Production currently includes the final assembly and painting of spoilers for the Boeing Next Generation 737, and will expand in support of DAS's commitment to manufacturing other high quality structural components and subassemblies. The facility is located in the Mexican state of Sonora.
